Windows Vista Log In

I am unable to log into Windows Vista on a Packard Bell Machine. I cannot log in in safe mode or from a back up disc. I recieve the following message


'the instruction at 0x75488a34 referenced memory at 0x75488a34. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc000009c.

I have attempted to fix via start up repair offering a system restore etc to no avail.
