Windows Defender ineffective against Wild Games - House of 1000 Doors Family Secrets virus?

I have a particularly nasty virus on my computer that disappears when I click on it. It appears to be located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Wildgames\House of 1000 Doors Family Secrets folder as an executable named FamilySecrets-WT.exe and points to -> EXEEmb -> EXEEmb (twice). It appears to be originating from the D:\RECOVERY partition from the D:\preload\install.wim and installs itself as -> (Image 24335)\Program Files (x86)\..... as mentioned before.
