Last September there was a server side problem that prevented Media Centre guide data for HD channels and movie metadata from being downloaded in the UK. This was resolved after a couple of weeks.
The same problem has happened again. It means that it is not possible to view listings for any HD channels and none of the Movies shown in the Movie Guide include any metadata (e.g. Cover Art, Cast & Crew, Genre, Rating etc.).
I presume that somebody is aware of this server side...
