My laptop is a Toshiba Windows 7 Home Premium.
When I charge it, it claims to be fully charged at 100%. But when I unplug it, it becomes a 4%, and yes, it is at the "Consider replacing your battery" status. When I charged it for a half a hour, it's still at 4%.
