windows live mail error message

after scanning a document and trying to send to recipient, it goes in my outbox with live mail error id: ox8007007a, protocol smtp, port 25, secure ssl-no. I don't have any problems sending and receiving emails otherwise. Please advise where to start in fixing this problem. It use to work ok, but now it doesn"t. Thanks
