Information on a picture I found

I found a picture and behind the number it had the word heater. What does this mean ? Is it important ? I was also unable to delete it, and wasn't sure if I should ... Also it kept bringing up the microsoft website in the address bar, but I wasn,t sure if it was something malicious or safe.
