I have an HP Envy laptop that I upgraded to windows 10 when it first came out. Ever since this upgrade my DVD drive will not read discs. I never thought it could have anything to do with the update until I recently came across other threads stating that the update messed some stuff up. I was gong to use the Microsoft Fix It tool to try and solve my issue, but I see that it is not available for windows 10.
