Laptop doesn't start after rolling back to windows 7 from windows 10

My Alienware laptop doesn't boot after rolling back to win 7 from win10, nothing work: safe mode, repair, windows restore from usb stick....nothing. Stuck in dos prompt to contact manufacturer. What **** me the most is that win 10 started installing without me choosing that option
